Not a professional inspection

InspectCondition produces documentation to help you record property condition. It is not a licensed home inspection, appraisal, or professional engineering assessment. Findings are generated from the photos you provide and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing every report before relying on it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the reports we generate for you. You are responsible for having the right to photograph and document the properties you submit.
